Who can play

You need to be at least 18, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for online gambling. We may ask for proof of age and limit or suspend an account that does not meet this rule. We accept players only from places where online gambling is allowed by law, and it is up to you to check that playing is legal where you live. If your country is missing from the sign-up form, registration from it is closed, and choosing another country to get around this can lead to closure and lost winnings.

Your account

Each person may open one account only. Extra accounts can be closed and their payouts stopped. You confirm that you run the account yourself and do not let anyone else use it.

Verification

We may ask for a photo of an ID document, proof of your payment method and a document with your current address issued within the last 3 months. Our team checks documents within 48 hours. If the checks are not finished within two weeks, the account is closed for good and the winnings are lost.

Bonuses

Only one bonus can be claimed at a time and deposit bonuses do not stack. You can switch all offers off in your account settings. Each promotion has its own wagering and time limits, and our general bonus rules apply to all of them.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits must come from accounts in your own name, and third-party payments are not accepted. Before a withdrawal, your deposit should be played through at least three times on casino games. Large payouts above a method limit are sent in parts, and some methods need up to 3 days to process a request.

Inactive accounts

An account with no login for 12 months in a row is treated as dormant, and a monthly administration fee may then be charged.

Changes and language

We may update these rules when needed and will tell you about important changes where possible. If a translation differs from the English text, the English version applies.
